E-TICKET
The Electronic Ticket has the same features of a physical
ticket, but it is not printed on paper and is maintained in
the computer for future reference VARIG system.
This allows, upon arriving at the airport, the client can go
to check -in to pick up the boarding pass, providing only
their name and documents required by local authorities.
The Electronic Ticket VARIG is the first in Brazil to
receive the seal of IATA (International Air Transport
Association), recognized by 240 airlines which are
integrated and therefore accepted worldwide.

FAST CHECK-IN
This service is designed for those who want to check in
advance to avoid the queues at the airport counter. The
request of the Fast Check-in can be made by customers on
domestic flights and boarding without luggage, with 24 hours
in advance of the flight.
CHECK-IN
First Class passengers and Business Class international
flights carry specific check-in, and wait for the
embarkation on one of the VIP rooms.
The Return Check-in allows any passenger traveling without
baggage and have the return flight scheduled for the same
day, receive boarding passes back and forth, upon check-in
at the airport of origin. The facility is available for all
locations in Brazil and abroad.
CELULAR TRAVEL
This partnership offers free rental of handsets and
accessories to customers of First Class, Business Class,
Diamond Smiles, Gold and Honors embarking at international
airports
Rio and Sao Paulo. Offering coverage in more than 140
countries, we need to introduce the receptionists Gradient
staying in VIP rooms or shops VARIG Duty-Free International
airports in Rio and Sao Paulo presenting the ticket and
VARIG boarding pass.
ARRIVAL LOUNGE
The Arrival Lounge VARIG provides the customer convenience.
Three hours of housing in upscale hotel to shower and rest
in a comfortable suite , Check-in and express check-out the
hotel , free local calls , free shipping 1 fax to anywhere
in the world , breakfast, soft drinks water and
Mineral served in the room. Another option , if you can not
get into the hotel , you enjoy the comfortable lounges in
the airports of São Paulo ( Guarulhos ) and Rio de Janeiro (
Galeão ) , where you can even take a bath .
The Arrival Lounge service is available at the Hotel Caesar
Park in St.
Paul, at the Luxor Hotel in Rio de Janeiro , for customers
of First
Class, Business Class or Diamond Smiles cardholders on
flights from the United States , Europe, Asia , Peru ,
Colombia and Venezuela.
To use the Arrival Lounge , you must request the voucher
which will entitle the service, to do the check -in at the
departure airport.
